Georgia residents will be charged Sales Tax in the amount of 7%. If you wish to be exempt from Georgia taxes, you must complete a Certificate of Exemption from the GDOR and mail it to us. We will keep it on file.
Shipping and Handling Policy
All orders are shipped via USPS. We are closed on weekends and holidays and do not ship during these times. Local customers may save shipping costs by picking up orders. Order pickup is by appointment only giving at least 24 hours notice. Orders are downloaded several times a day. We try to ship orders the same day they are received, but sometimes it isn’t possible due to order volume – so please allow at least two business days to process your order.
When ordering Bulk: Please remember that when you order in bulk you are ordering specialty handmade products. Orders are processed in the order received. Standard processing time is 5-7 business days, although your order may be processed sooner if possible. Orders over 10 lbs. may take a little longer.
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed. Any additions to your order will be treated as a new order and shipped separately.
We do not ship orders on weekends or holidays. Do not count these days towards your total ship time. Point of departure is Georgia. If you live on the West Coast, your ship time is at least 4-7 business days in transit which does not include processing time in our warehouse. If you need your shipment by a certain date, please allow sufficient time for your order to reach you. Overnight, 2 Day and 3 Day deliveries are available should you need expedited service.
Again, we utilize USPS exclusively for both domestic and International orders. Please do not ask for your order to be made an exception or request a special favor for shipping. We cannot and will not accommodate these requests. Please understand all ordering and shipping procedures before you place your order.
